El pasado 21 de febrero en la sede de la Cooperativa Agraria Santa María Magdalena, bajo la tutela de ADASUR representada por su presidenta María Esperanza Magán Bronchalo, tuvo lugar el acto de firmas de los dos convenios de colaboración entre los representantes de dicha Cooperativa y la Denominación de Origen Mondéjar con el director de la Cátedra de Medio Ambiente de la FGUA. En dichos convenios todas las partes reconocían la importancia de los objetivos ligados al proyecto europeo "Lignobiolife" sobre dos de los cultivos predominantes en la zona, la vid y el olivo. Durante la firma del documento el representante de la Denominación de Origen señalaba que: " Tenemos gran interés en la mejora de la sostenibilidad de las prácticas culturales de la vid y del olivo, en reducir el uso de pesticidas de síntesis química y, en ver el resultado de las oportunidades que generan las novedosas propuestas de este proyecto con el uso de los residuos de poda ". On February 21st at the headquarters of the Agrarian Cooperative Santa María Magdalena, under the supervision of ADASUR, represented by its president María Esperanza Magán Bronchalo, two collaboration agreements were signed by the Director of the Department of Environment of FGUA and the representatives of two partners, the Agrarian Cooperative and the Denomination of Origin Mondéjar. In these agreements, all parties recognized the importance of the objectives linked to the European project "Lignobiolife" on two of the predominant crops in the area, the vine and the olive tree. During the signing of the document, the representative of the Denomination of Origin stated that: "We are very interested in improving the sustainability of the cultural practices of the vine and the olive tree, in reducing the use of chemical synthesis pesticides and, in seeing the result of the opportunities generated by the novel proposals of this project with the use of pruning waste" .
