Como parte del proyecto LignoBioLife, se diseñaron las pruebas con agricultores de los bioproductos biochar y wood vinegar. Se llevaron los bioproductos desde la planta de producción de Neoliquid hasta los agricultores, y se aplicaron sobre los cultivos siguiendo diferentes tratamientos. Los cultivos se localizan en tres municipios alcarreños: Brihuega, Mondéjar y Valfermoso de Tajuña. En Brihuega, el biochar se aplicó sobre campos de lavandín, con el objetivo de aumentar su producción. Se empleó en cinco tratamientos en los que se iba aumentando la concentración final del bioproducto, para poder comprobar sus efectos. Para colocar el biochar en el sustrato de cultivo, se usó un tractor equipado con una abonadora y un cultivador. Los efectos sobre la productividad se cuantificarán en los dos años siguientes. As a part of the LignoBioLife project, the tests of the bioproducts, biochar and wood vinegar, were designed with the farmers. The bioproducts were delivered from the Neoliquid production plant to the farmers and they were applied to the crops following different treatments. The crops are located in three towns, in the province of Guadalajara: Brihuega, Mondéjar and Valfermoso de Tajuña. In Brihuega, biochar was applied over lavender fields, in order to increase its production. It was used in five treatments with different concentrations of the bioproduct to check its effects. A tractor equipped with a fertilizer spreader and a cultivator was used to place the biochar in the soil. The effects on productivity will be quantified in the following two years.
